A floor slab is only as good as the ground beneath it. We grade the sub-base with laser controlled plant, lay the membrane, fix the mesh on spacers and place and finish the concrete, so that one team is responsible for the levels from the formation to the finished surface.
We lay new slabs in warehouses, workshops and agricultural buildings, replace failed floors inside working factories, and cast external yards, roads and bases. Floors are power floated for a hard, closed surface, and external slabs are given a brushed finish for grip.

Can you replace a floor inside a working factory?
Yes. We break out and replace the slab in sections, screen off the work area and agree the sequence with you so that production can continue around the work.
What is laser levelling?
The plant that grades the sub-base is guided by a laser, which holds the surface to a constant level. An accurate sub-base gives a slab of even thickness and a flatter finished floor.
What finish will the floor have?
Internal floors are normally power floated to a smooth, closed surface. External slabs and livestock areas are usually given a brushed or tamped finish for grip.
Do you supply the reinforcement and the concrete?
Yes. Our price includes the membrane, reinforcement, concrete, placing and finishing unless you ask us to price labour and plant only.
