CDH Construction builds commercial buildings as well as the ground they stand on. We carry out the foundations and drainage, erect the steel frame with our supply chain, cast the ground and upper floor slabs, build the plinth walls and complete the cladding and external works.
Our commercial clients include developers of business parks, owner occupiers extending their premises and farm businesses diversifying into commercial lets. Our own description of the work is retail units for national chains, warehousing and agricultural buildings.

Do you build the whole unit or only the groundworks?
Either. We can deliver the complete building, or carry out the groundworks, floors and external works as a package for another main contractor.
Can you build several units on one site?
Yes. Business park schemes are built in sequence so that the frame, floors, brickwork and cladding follow one another along the site.
Can you help before planning permission is granted?
Yes. Through our design and build service we arrange surveys, drawings and budget costs so that the scheme is priced before an application is made.
Do you build agricultural buildings too?
Yes. We build livestock buildings, stores and canopies along with the slabs and aprons that serve them.
